May 11 – 12 – 7:30 pm – Gruesome Playgound Injuries by Rajiv Joseph.  Acting Ensemble is hosting the inaugural premiere by Down the Line Theatre Company.  More information at

May 14 – 7:30 pm – May StageWorks – Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl.  A compelling re-telling of the classic story of Orpheus told through the eyes of his wife, Eurydice.  Directed by Seyhan Kilic.

June 11 – 7:30 – June StageWorks – The Nance by Douglas Carter Beane.  Chronicles the lives of burlesque performers during the 1930’s, during Mayor Fiorello H. La Guardia’s crusade to wipe out burlesque (accomplished in part by the persecution of gay people).  Directed by April Sellers.

June 22 – July 1 (7 performances) – The Realistic Joneses by Will Eno.  A poignant comedy about Bob and Jennifer Jones and John and Pony Jones, who live next to each other and who have even more in common than their identical homes and their shared last names. As their relationships begin to irrevocably intertwine, the Joneses must decide between their idyllic fantasies and their imperfect realities.
